Where an account is closed due to Member breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited at wen4d's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to Member breach — such as a voluntary closure request — the verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their most recently used payment method, subject to KYC completion.
